RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your Mapera pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, please review the information below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned, even if unopened.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised or engraved jewellery

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift packaging

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty or misdescribed.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked and signed service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before arranging a replacement, repair or refund.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Contact your bank

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
