SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully prepare and package every Mapera order to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we will always keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

2. UK Delivery Times

Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal service demand.

We ship using trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail or equivalent tracked services.

3. Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive carefully protected in Mapera packaging.

We keep our packaging compact and secure to help ensure safe delivery and minimise environmental impact.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the recipient.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal service disruptions

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing (for international orders)

• Circumstances outside our control

7. International Orders (If Applicable)

International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the item cost only (excluding shipping).
