TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

This website is operated by Mapera Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16986313.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mapera Ltd. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and merchants.


2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and details are accurate and carefully presented.

Due to lighting, screen settings and natural variations in materials, slight differences in colour or finish may occur.

All items are fashion jewellery and are not solid gold unless explicitly stated.

Waterproof, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic descriptions refer to normal use conditions and do not constitute a lifetime guarantee.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We are currently not VAT registered.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers including (but not limited to) Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.


4. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing errors

  • Product unavailability

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.


5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.


6. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned, even if unopened.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised items

  • Custom or engraved jewellery

  • Gift packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.


8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, branding, logos and text is the property of Mapera Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
